My second time buying glasses through CoolFrames and service is really good. I have not gotten into ordering and buying lenses, just the frames.

They had the hard to find frames I was looking for. Ordering was easy, delivery was fast. Will use them again.

Frames arrived on time, requested to change the size, they were very helpful in taking care of the replacement.

The prices are pretty good. Good selection of frames. I like how I can choose my lens options & like that they provide a description/explanation of the options. Turnaround time was ok - prescription glasses were done & shipped out 7 days after I placed my order. The prescription seems to have been made correctly. Glasses were packed very carefully for shipping. They even included a free cleaning cloth.

I would recommend coolframes if you don't want to be disappointed

Honestly, the worst experience I've ever had and it was my first time ordering online. They charged me for two sets of the same glasses. When I went to find my original order number the website told me it was non existent so I re ordered. The manager hasn't called me back in two or three days. The staff isn't very helpful and they are telling me the fram will be refunded less 20% and the glasses are non refundable even though it was their mistake.
