The two people who helped me today, Mark and Jacob were patient, thorough and kind. I was able to get my glasses replaced because of their help.

Update 28 januari. Alsof de Duvel er mee speelt. Op de dag van het het plaatsen van het review kwam het bericht dat het montuur op het punt stond om te worden verstuurd. En vandaag op 28 januari is het montuur aangenomen. Loopt het toch nog goed af 23 december 3025 Ik heb een maand geleden een brilmontuur besteld met de belofte dat er binnen 2 businessweken zou worden geleverd. Dat gebeurde niet en toen bleek dat zowel e-mail als telefoon niet wordt beantwoord. Bestel liever bij een gereputeerde website of gewoon bij je opticien

Louise saved my opinion about Cool Frames. I ordered two pair of non-prescription frames on Dec. 19th and never got an email followup about shipping/delivery status. I called customer service on 1/2/26 and the person assured me they were shipped and would send me an email verifying that info. Crickets - no email. Searched junk, etc. Now it's a week later and no glasses, no email. I called and Louise was so professional, articulate, knowledgeable and kind. He followed up with an email and making sure I received it and gave me the tracking number. The communication with Cool Frames (except for Louise) was very poor compared to other online companies and being on hold when you call is the most annoying I have ever encountered, having to press # to stay online every two seconds. If I had not had the experience with Louise today, I would have cancelled the order if I was able to and never used Cool Frames again. I was lucky to get him when I called Customer Service.

I called into the sales department at Cool Springs to check on some glasses and leverage some options on a pair of glasses I had received that needed some adjustments. I spoke to Louise and he was exceeded my expectations on professionalism, patience, support and commitment to ensuring me I was taken care of, Kudos Louise and keep up the fabulous work.

I happy for the service they provided

I ordered my glasses on 11/19/25 and as of today 12/26/25 still no glasses. I was told my lenses failed quality, I wanted to love this company but I’m going to have to get my glasses done elsewhere, would not recommend this company for prescription glasses
