Clearly the best in the field “I would like to thank Coolframes.com, especially their employee Kim for service that quite frankly I find amazing. My favorite eyeglass frames were purchased in Paris in 2009. I brought them out of my closet and had new lenses installed last year, as I relearned how amazing they were and could not find a new alternative that I Iiked. Unfortunately I scratched the metal and in an attempt to repaint the scratches, ruined them. Kim called the manufacturer in Paris who located a very similar pair in a warehouse in France and had them shipped to Brooklyn for me. Not only that, but she arranged to have the lenses in my old frames put into the new frames from the warehouse in Paris and shipped them to me in Florida. Truly amazing! And.... Kim was able to discount the price by $40.00. You just can't find that level of customer service today, anywhere in our country! I will be a customer for the rest of my life. Thank you Coolframes, and Kim!”
