After over 5 weeks processing my order due to the fact that the manufacturer did not have my frames at the time, I finally received my Polaroid prescription sunglasses. It took a couple of days to get used to the progressive prescription in wraparound large lenses, however, I love them. Cool Frames nailed my prescription. My only complaint would be a lack of communicating to me about the delay and in providing tracking numbers.

Sent 5/20/23: Subject: Refund Request: Order #1370866 "Re the above order, I am returning these frames as they are not a good fit (very nice frames but didn’t work for me). When you receive them please refund to my original form of payment (Visa credit card). Many thanks."

The first pair of glasses I ordered were not available. So I ordered another pair that was suggested online. I received the wrong pair in the mail. I sent in pictures like I was asked and then was told a label would come over email for me to return glasses. Label never came. I had to call back the next day and finally got the label. Payment already processed but I have no glasses.
