I was super impressed with Cool Frames! I only wear glasses before bed, so I rarely order new frames. Unfortunately, my puppies chewed my glasses, so I needed new ones ASAP. I attempted to order a new pair through the website I used last time, many years ago, but, after two+ weeks of having an order listed as "processing," I was forced to contact them. Almost every pair of Kate Spade glasses they had listed on their website was backordered, and they could not tell me when the glasses would be in-stock let alone delivered; there was no indication of any of this on their website. I cancelled the order and discovered Cool Frames while looking for another website. Cool Frames had the same glasses for an equal price, and it was much easier to submit the prescription. Additionally, the company sends regular emails updating their customers about the progress of their order, and I received my glasses in a very timely manner. The glasses arrived perfect and even came with a beautiful high-quality case. I was super impressed with Cool Frames and will definitely use them in the future in addition to recommending them to others!

The arms are very loose. They weren't even in the box and closed when they were shipped. The transition lenses are garbage. Barely a difference between that and a regular pair of glasses.

Easy order. Frame came with demo glasses as described. Super happy with my first order. Will be placing another order for my hubby.

Glass frames were a perfect fit for my lenses. Frame quality built👍👍. Delivery not outstanding like Amazon Prime,however I will order again when needed.
