Though I received the frames they were a secondary choice.

The frames were exactly as picture as shown. They fit perfectly and they were shipped the same day.

The low prices from coolFrames are great unless you need to return a pair that don’t fit well. The 20% restocking fee negates any savings, especially when the same frames can be found at Amazon with free shipping and free returns.

I got the frames I wanted and they arrived intact. However, it should be MORE apparent that CoolFrames do NOT actually have the frames in hand. They advertise 1-day shipping but that is AFTER they order and receive the frames from the manufacturer. So there is a built-in 3-4 business day delay. After I placed my order, I got an email that said something like "your glasses were being ordered and they'd be shipped when received". That was the first time I realized that, instead of getting them the next day (I paid extra for next day shipping), it would actually be in 4-5 days. When I called to ask if I could cancel my order, the person on the other end said something like "Sorry, we can cancel within 1 hour but you called in 1 hour and 10 mins so we can't cancel." Then she proceeded to tell me I should have read it on the website. It is there but not PROMINENTLY because they want you to order, THEN find out there is a 3-4 day delay.

Good product

Excellent customer service and super fast shipping to Canada. The frames came in a custom box with a lens cleaning cloth. I’d definitely recommend Cool Frames to anyone looking for quality frames at a great price.
