Paid for overnight shipping, but when I asked about why my order wasn't sent, I was informed of the processing time which was up to 5 days. I ordered on my phone and that statement was not as visible as it is on the full page view. I checked it again by going to the order process for another pair and again the processing time was not noticable. Be aware of this when placing your order. I was not refunded the overnight shipping payment and I received my order 6 days after I placed my order.

Beware - I got stung a customs charge for this item despite the fact they are supposed to use UPS - however, somehow they are in the hands of Royal Mail and I've now got to pay an additional £26 for the glasses. Angry is a bit of an understatement.

I ordered a pair of Kate Spade frames and prescription lenses (CoolFrames brand, high index) from CoolFrames.ca and both the frames and lenses arrived exactly as ordered, just over 3 weeks after my order was placed. I am very happy with my glasses, and they were way cheaper than the same frames/prescription at any local store. I docked one star due to the fact that a) cool frames was advertising a spring sale while I was looking at my glasses, and every time I looked at their website over the course of a week the banner at the top displayed a countdown stating that the sale ended that day, which I found ,misleading and b) my frames were supposed to come with a free cleaning kit, which I did not receive.

Unfortunately, the company sent me fake Raybans. Having at least a dozen pair of Ray Bans, I could immediately tell they were fake by the packaging and yet, the company still proceeded to charge me the 20% restocking fee. Don’t buy from this company, Do your homework first before you spend more than $20!

The frames i got were slightly bend but i placed them in hot water and fied them so i guess no harm done. I also would have appreciated a glasses cloth with my glassses but i only got a case. Also i was a bit mad that after i purchased i found in that there was a promo code i could have applied to get a discount. So that was kind of upsetting. It should have been easier to see on different pages

Awesome glasses with perfectly thin lenses just as I ordered and were shipped in no time!!

Frames were exactly what I ordered and received within 3 days, best of all $200 less expensive than the local optician.
