Frames were correct and arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately, I did not take the time to search for other deals on the same frame and found them after the fact for 25% less.

I received the wrong frames
I received the wrong frames, I return frames back. I feel I am being punished by having to wait even longer for the correct frames.

I received the clip on sunglasses at the time they specify. They were in great condition with a great case and cleaner cloth. I would definitely order from them again.

Will definitely use them in the future
Will definitely use them in the future. They have great customer service that keeps you informed of the status of your order. My frames were exactly as expected and a competitive price. Shipping was quick, even at the height of COVID-19 my frames were to me within a week.

This is my second pair of Frames from…
This is my second pair of Frames from CoolFrames. I Love the fit and they have the best styles. The price is right as well. Since I can’t wear Contact Lens, I’m always looking for stylish Frames and I found that in CoolFrames. The name speaks for itself.

I broke my frames and needed…
I broke my frames and needed replacements quickly. CoolFrames came in clutch during the COVID-19 outbreak. I ordered my replacements and they had been ordered from the manufacturer same day. CoolFrames stayed in contact with me in order to keep me updated on the frames location. As soon as they received them from the manufacturer I had them in my mailbox within 2 days. Excellent service. Excellent company. Couldn't be more pleased.
