I had never experienced the kind of customer service that Coolframes provided me . They responded immediately to any questions I had via email or text. The professionalism that Samantha had was amazing and at the same time such a sweet person. She worked with us so closely to make sure my 2 pairs of frames were delivered with my prescription all included. The prices were awesome 😎! Thank you Coolframes team. Someone isn't watching the store very well.
They sent the wrong size frames. Their own invoice says the correct size, but the ones sent don't match the invoice. Too much hassle to send them back.

I like coolframes glasses but very…
I like coolframes glasses but very upset I waited over a month in a half for my stuff back order means you ran out and refused to stock up when you knew where getting low on product which put me the customer in a month and half wait hate this sucks. I should be able to get some kind of discount seriously.
