This is my second pair of glasses that I have ordered over the years and the quality is still 5 stars.

Your website is confusing even to your staff. I bought what I thought was one type of sunglass clip, only to be sent another. The problem was that two different styles of clip are on the same record, but the staff refused to acknowledge that. Instead they insisted I had misordered. I even sent the UPC for the item I actually wanted but they refused to look at that. With postage and a restocking fee it wasn’t worth sending back for a refund. Terrible service.

I struggle to find glasses where the lense area is small enough (I am very highly myopic, and need a lense height of less than an inch, and width less than 2 inches), and given current glasses trends these are very difficult to find at the local opticians shops or chains. These were well priced, measurements were accurate, along with the colors presented online. Communication was excellent in keeping me updated on my glasses order.

Honestly I was not thrilled with the customer service when it came to applying my insurance.. which never got applied. I have to go through my company to get the money back. It’s a shame you customer service team could not do their jobs. Would not purchase from you again

These are beautiful frames. And a very good price!

They sent me broken glasses and wanted me to pay to have them repaired. Do not buy on this site.

They sent me the wrong size frames then I ordered. I emailed them and they refused to admit they sent the wrong size. They said they would exchange them for the correct size but I had to pay return shipping and a processing fee. I argued with them because it was their fault. The frames, receipt and screen shot of what I ordered show 3 different sizes. After telling them this they still didn't care. Horrible customer service! Now after returning my frames and paying their stupid fee for their mistake I get an email saying the frames in the size I originally ordered are on backorder. Now I have to get a different color or wait an additional 3 weeks minimum. Now I know why they sent me the wrong size to begin with. The correct ones were not available. Very bad business with worse customer service.

Cool frames went above and beyond to make sure that my order was exactly what I wanted. Love my new frames and lenses. Many thanks!
