refused to allow me to return trays without a restocking fee
Response from Cook's DirectFeb 25, 2020
Hello, I am sorry you weren't happy with your experience. However, you ordered the wrong tray and it was a tray from one of our vendors. Unfortunately if it wasn't their fault they will not waive the restock fee or return shipping so we must pass that on to the customer. In the future please feel free to call our customer service or sales team and we will be happy to help you determine the correct tray for your needs. Thank you.

My order information didn't mention when it would be shipped so it wasn't clear when it would arrive from the manufacturer. I called Cook's Direct and they were able to tell me the date it was expected to ship from the manufacturer. Turns out the order arrived 1 week from the date I placed the order. It would be better for the ship date/estimated receipt to be clear on the order form. Otherwise, I am happy with my order and would order again.

Very fast processing, but I didn’t receive an email with the tracking info when it shipped. The first time I knew it had shipped was when fedex left a note on my door. I also don’t understand why I had to sign for the package. It would have been much better if the package was left at my door. I had to arrange for fedex to drop it at a fedex store and then I had to go pick it up. Other than that, top notch all around.

Hello Richard, Thank you for taking the time to leave a good review. I do apologize for the issues with your shipment. We are currently working on the tracking email notification and hopefully it will be up and running properly soon. Thank you for choosing Cook's!

It was very easy to place my order, but nine days later I hadn't heard anything about when my purchase would be delivered nor received tracking information. I called and Customer Service followed up right away. Turns out the item was back ordered. They made sure the item shipped as soon as it became available, and I now have a hard-to-find bowl for use in my new electric pressure cooker. Thank you, thank you!!

Hello, I am sorry that you haven't received your items yet. Please call customer service and we will help track it down. I don't see an order under this name so I'm not sure what I am looking for. Please call 1-800-956-5571 and customer service will be happy to help. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience.
