I have been using Convera and its predecessor for years and the transition was a little rough. However, I am happy to say that the team seems to have stabilized and my current representative has given me nothing but excellent customer service, even when there have been the inevitable bumps in the process.

I am currently working with Jordan from Convera, and the service he provides is outstanding. Jordan is professional, knowledgeable, and consistently goes above and beyond to meet our needs. He is quick to address all our requests, including restoring access to the portal and guiding us through setting up e-debit for faster vendor payments. His communication is always clear and timely, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Jordan’s dedication to customer satisfaction truly stands out, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable support. Thank you, Jordan, for your exceptional service!
