well, its been a long time i had applied my refund from UK university but its been a five months they do not send my refund in my account ,but in last couple of weeks the refund status was change they said your payment has been refunded you will get your funds in your bank account in 7 to 10 days. but now its a 13 days but i do not get my funds please convera send my funds as soon as possible. please reply me.

A client in the US used Convera to pay me in Euros. Client forgot to include an invoice number, and now Convera is refusing to transfer the money to me or return it to my client, even after we've provided all the invoices and transfer documentation. It's a big scam. I paid to my previous university in Canada from Germany using my credit card on 21 May. It's almost a week. They received my fund immediately but not paying to university. They are holding my fund and looks like it's their money. I don't know when they will send the money to my institution. I wish I read the review here. Please do not use this service.

I had a very bad experience with convera, I have already transferred my funds and the amount has been deducted but the convera payment tracking portal does not reflect the same it says payment overdue. I am trying to reach out to customer support in India since the payment was made in India but they do not have any customer support line for India when I try to reach out to North America Customer support firstly they pick up the call after an hour and they simply say that they have not received my funds and if I have transferred my funds that will be reflected in a few days Convera Team please reach out to me. Please give me some contact of your India Support Team so that I can resolve my issue. My University Fee Payment Deadline is in 2 days. If this matter is not resolved early I will miss my deadline. Earlier I used to do my payments with flywire they were really good, this time university tied up with you guys and its all messed up. One of the largest scam! They stole us 15K €. They stole us & are not replying to us , not exchanging with us & have even filled a complain against us while they owe us 15K €. I repeat this company is a scam. Their score is 1.5/5 & lately they paid people for getting positive feedback (feedback from employees.. how trustpilot can let them do…) I strongly advise you to close immediately your account & avoid at all costs this scam.

CONVERA is a scam. At least my experience with them is the worst I have ever encountered. I made the transfer on 26th April, but till 30th April, it still reflected as payment not received. When I tried contacting them multiple times, they are not reachable by telephone, and their phone went straight to voice mail. I created a ticket to complaint, they shut down my complaint with no further action, like checking their transactions! Yes, their price may be slightly lower than Flywire, but Flywire is much faster and FAR MORE RELIABLE than CONVERA. After multiple attempts to reach out to CONVERA, they response to say that they have received my fund and will forward to my university within 2 days. But AGAIN, they could not keep up their promise, it’s been more than 48 hrs, 2 business working days, my money has not reached to my university nor it’s reflected in their page. So if u trust Convera and proceed with them, be prepared to be stressed and delayed in payment. Seriously lousy service provider!
