What can I say except brilliant! We have a dedicated account manager who is insightful, helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure our currency needs are met. But it doesn't matter who I speak to at Convera, I always get five star service. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I and my family have been regular clients since September 2015 prior to the company change from Western Union to Convera. In all the years our relationship with the company's employees has been most pleasurable. All the staff we have dealt with during these years have been most helpful, efficient, professional and friendly and we have forged more than a business relationship which made transferring funds every month a pleasure not a chore. We have always received the best rates available and funds have always been available as soon as possible. On the rare occasions they have been delayed Kassim has always chased to see what has occurred but funds have never been held up and have been available then no more than a day or so after when had been expected. Back in 2015 funds for some reason got lost but Max Hasayin, the team manager at that time, chased this relentlessly although I had to make a second payment for that month until funds were found it meant I was covered for the following month. I was heartened and most impressed with the help and attention I received on that occasion and since. This company holds high morals and standards and are the most honest company you could find to entrust your money to. I have never doubted or mistrusted their service! They are the epitome of honesty and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who requires a trustworthy company to deal with their funds. Sadly we now find ourselves in the situation, having been notified, that Convera, will cease to deal with personal accounts at the end of December 2024 to concentrate solely on corporate accounts from then on. Not only do we now have to find another trustworthy company to deal with our monthly transfers but we will lose the relationship we have built with Kassim and his team. We understand this is progress for the company but not great for all who have personal accounts with them. However, we wish everyone in the Personal accounts team the best of luck and wish the company well. Thank you for all your patience and assistance over the years we will miss you! It's been a real pleasure to have got to know Kassim Jeffer, Raphael Otonga and right back to Barry Beidas and Max Huseyin as well as Shaan Ditta, who dealt with us on a reglar basis, as well as all the other delightful staff we have spoken to on other occasions. This is the end of a chapter for us but we wish you all continued success in the corporate section. You are all a credit to your company! Thank you!

Impossible to make student payment for univeristy fees via a credit card on this platform. My card has funds and the bank authenticate yet Convera have no knowledge of why it keeps rejecting they are just useless surprised they are still in business
