We have used Convera (previously WU) for a number of years for our business to business foreign currency payments. I was allocated an account manager many years ago and luckily have retained her as she has been wonderful over the years, she is efficient and proactive as well as friendly- thank you Marium! I receive many cold calls regarding changing FC brokers but I'm more than happy with the service I get from Convera, never had any issues.

Above & Beyond Customer Support I can only commend Convera on the excellent service they continually provide. We have had some very difficult payments to beneficiaries to make recently and they have persevered throughout to ensure the funds reached the final destinations despite intermediary banks putting all kinds of obstacles in the way. Our Account manager, Daniel Linsdell has kept us informed at all stages and continually monitors to ensure all issues are dealt with as quickly as possible. A big thanks to him and his team for all their hard work and assistance.
