I was prepared to purchase a $899.99 TV as well as prepared to pay the $100 delivery fee but then I was hit with a $15 gas fee. When Ii asked if the gas fee could be waived I was told no. So the manager lost a $1000 sales because of a $15 gas fee. Go figure

I AM COMPLETLY DISSAPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY NOT ONLY DO THEY ONLY WANT TO MAKE A SALE BUT UPON DOING SO TOTALLY GIVE YOU ALL SORTS OF EXCUSSES I FEEL I WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY THE SALE DEPT ,THE SHIPPING DEPT ASWELL AS THE CORPRATE OFFICE I ALSO FEEL AS I AM BEING FORCE TO BUY MERCHANDISE I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO RETURN FROM DAY ONE WITH NO PROGRESS MY SUGGESTION FOR BUYER IF YOU ARE NOT DESPRATE PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY UNTILL I AM SHOWN DIFFERANT BY THIS COMPANY I SAY THUMBS DOWN P,S, THE SALES STAFF ARE JUST WHATS THE STORES NAME (CONNS) NEED I SAY MORE???

The LG 77" OLED TV is wonderful. My problem is that a little over a month after we received the set, my wife was setting up Netflix and discovered that an account had already been set up on the TV for burnsy and family, which meant it was used/returned item. Their management team swore up and down that it was not possible that I was sold a used TV, that was represented as new. Conn's offered to exchange/re-ship a new TV at no cost to me. However the unit is not in stock and when it was in stock the delivery window was three weeks out. So who knew when the replacement TV would arrive or if I would be traveling when it finally arrived. What I wanted was a partial refund or store credit. Their management team was so inflexible that either option was unacceptable to them. The TV is shipped in a huge box 5' X 8' and would be sent from Beaumont, Tx to a rural location in deep East Texas. Just imagine how expensive that would be ! I was trying to save them a little cash while making things right with my spouse. No wonder they have been in financial straights for years

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. The delivery guys broke my tv and I have been trying to get a new one for weeks!!!!!

Purchase the deep Freeze It was delivered Plug in Delivery people left We didn't put nothing in it till the next day well it didn't work called cons and they told us that we couldn't return it cause it's been over 24 hours Now it's not our fault that it wasn't working we didn't take it out of the Box we didn't bring it in and install it they did I don't think it's fair that we can't get our money back without paying a God-awful restocking fee Seems to me if you don't buy a warranty contract they have nothing to do with you it's a scam

On the date of my purchase I was told that my delivery date was 8/13/22, not only by the salesperson, but the mgr as well. I was told you will receive a call that morning to confirm a window. Come the morning or 8/13, I had not heard anything so I decided to call. Mr. Thomas your delivery is not scheduled until the 20th! They never should have told you the 13th because they're only in your area every two weeks! It would have been nice if someone would have relayed this to me prior to giving my old furniture away. Now I'm without furniture for a week! This is not customer service. My last purchase from Conns.

Do NOT purchase from this store. Sold a faulty microwave a few weeks ago. The manager was completely unhelpful after we spent $400 with them. This company is scamming people and getting away with it.

They refuse to refund the purchase of a window AC that was dead out of the box. They want ME to pay to have the bad unit uninstalled and the new one installed. You cannot get anyone on the phone that is not offshore in the Philippines. you get transferred from one department to another and no one knows that they are doing or how to resolve anything. I've never bought anything from a company who will not stand behind a product. Do NOT buy from this company.
