Our 2yr old 5g router was needing some maintenance. The cellular band antenna (4 antennas) were all showing signs of loose physical connections. A quick call and we had a whole new set on order and being shipped. Since it had been turned off for more than a week, the router was slow to determine a cellular lock and we reached out to Connecten service. Angel was quick to have our unit up and running within 5min. Over 50Mbs on download and we're camped in pretty spotty service. Thanks Angel!

So far I have had excellent results with connecten staff and equipment, Tyler has been very professional to work with and is always available when I have questions. He has explained how everything works with mobile unit and even helped with getting an account set up for a home unit for our Homeowner association. So far loving the service

Good for what you pay, lags some when lots of connections are on and even more if multiple downloads are happening but besides that it's been great having connection.

I’ve been with Connecten going on a year now and I’ve always had great service with them and if I do run into any problems, I usually get help from Jasper or Angel. They’re both great great people to work with and they and they’ve never let me down.

Wow! I’ve been so impressed with our Connection 10. There company support is the BEST! When the satellite products not working due to trees, weather etc. the neighbors ask to use our login. Funny! Currently we use the system for our Motor Coach! Pass along to your friends. I’m rating it a 10 out of 10
