I gave 4 out pf 5 due to issues when i called and my connect ten was not connecting. I was at a campground for 3 rd day. So it was not a different location. I think follow up call should have been made to me. I had to call back and was advised of delay and they were working on the system to get best carrier.

Quick reponse times. Problems solved in a reasonable time frame. Always pleasant & positive attitudes from everyone with Connecten.

We are new to Connecten, and so far it has been pretty easy to use. I had a weird instance where my router decided to change its name to the default, but it kept the password I set originally. I chatted with Tracy G, and she was awesome and got me all fixed up. Speeds have been usable so far, but time will tell!

I have been with ConnectTen for just over a year. The convenience of having an Internet connection is awesome when we are at shows and the show wants to charge us for access. With ConmecTen, my network is already setup and ready to go as soon as it connects. No entering new passwords, no open networks, just plug in and go. Speeds are good too. I can usually get high 100’s Mb/sec speed when most of our neighbors at the shows are getting under 25. With the big 3 networks to choose from, I have not ever found a place I couldn’t connect. Now with the new app due out soon, it will be even easier to choose a cell provider and get online. If you need a good, fast network when not at home, ConnecTen will serve you well.

I have always been happy with customer service here. Rochelle is especially quick to solve or answer.
