After moving to a new RV location, the connection was problematic in the remote mountain site. Had an online chat with Connecten, Jasper updated the configuration and we were back on line running great. I was able to join my daily video calls for work.

While RVing To many times we could not get a strong signal so we had to go thru customer service even when we in a major town. We are at home now and we still get buffering. Unexceptable.
