Absolutely Love The Service...Im Always Connected!

I am rating it a 3 star only because of the customer service team. Basically the internet service is fair. Our normal internet speeds are very low. If we move to another location it normally doesn’t work until I contact them via chat and the change us to another service provider. It does not!! Change automatically from carrier to carrier. They say it does but it does not. It did work on our trip in Canada but only with customer service adjustments daily. I sent Tyler a message about my experience but no response. If you are stationary it is a fairly decent unit. I’ve been a customer for over a year. Rating should be a 1.5 or 2 for reliability

Customer service is amazing, every time I had a question about anything they helped me immediately and explained everything in a way I could understand. I fully recommend this service to everyone!

This internet company has been working hard for my family to keep us connected to the world with internet for 18 months now as we lived in our rv and now that we are going to be moving back into a house we are sorry to be leaving them if you need anything all you have to do is call them Tyler will hook you up and the costumer service is impeccable they have live chat and 24/7 service

We called for assistance in fixing a slow internet problem. Rochelle was very friendly and helpful. She figured out our problem, checked on some issues an called us back promptly with solutions. We were back on-line very quickly. Thanks Rochelle!

While on a campaign trip our WiFi had no signal at all. I logged into my ConnecTen account and started a chat. I got Rochelle for support and she was wonderful! She walked me through what to do. After just the few steps I had to follow and after the reboot my WiFi was back up and working great! Thank you Rochelle for all your help!

Customer service is top notch here angel is always there when I have a problem or just need info so thanks to everyone there for the support and understanding the service is great for all my travels in the woods so thx again team
