I wish I heard about these guys years ago I'm traveling up and down the east coast is a cinch I really love their technology and customer support but I wish they didn't charge to pause the service but I guess it's fair at the end of the day

Kudos to Tyler and his team for getting me great internet access. I have a bad cell signal, missed calls, dropped calls and usually only 1 bar. Tyler said they'll do a deep dive on my location and get me started, I'm getting great internet speeds and the biggest surprise was we're able to stream TV with no problems. Great product and great support.

Well... I was quite pleasantly surprised by the tech support! New router - new account. On day 1 the 5g side wasn't connecting. Mind you, this was on a Saturday. The response to my email was extremely prompt. Then a phone call - from them. My issue was moved up the chain as level 1 tech support couldn't solve it. This is where the tech support really shined. Level 1 had my newly reset router password and my newly reset ssid names and passwords. That was passed along to level 2. I watched on my end as the ssid names changed to what I assume was a hard reset of the router. Most tech support would have stopped there with a hard reset for me to re-enter my logins and passwords. But this was not the case. They handed it off to me exactly with the changes I made. Bravo! Tech support as it should be!!

Tech support with Connecten has been excellent. I wish they weren’t needed so often, but they are.

This was our first venture into full time RV life and Connecten is better than eexpected. Wife works full time from the road and the campground is in a bad location for.cell service. We booted up and could not get a connection, alas, Customer Service to the rescue. They connected us direct to the strongest signal and it has performed flawlessly ever since. Thank you Connecten for such a great service.

After relocating our motorhome, which my wife and I live in, Angel was able to quickly find and connect me to the best service in my new area. I have been a ConnecTen customer for a little over a year and the customer service has always been excellent!
