Rochelle Always makes me feel welcome and she is the most helpful! Love this company and there services I suck at paying on time and they work with me and are the most understandable! Previously had a router go out and they had a new one sent over the weekend no charge will be using this service for a while!

I've been a customer coming up on two years now. I'm pretty much a full time RVer living in my motorhome and no I'm not homeless just houseless for now. Looking for a piece of property to build on for the future. This being the case I move around a lot and today I talked to Angel so she could find me the most optimized connection for my current location. It took about 6 or 7 minutes today. I truly love my Connecten, when I stop while travelling if my connection is slow a quick call to Angel or one of the other customer service reps get me up to speed in less than 30 minutes, Thanks Connecten!

Angel handled my problem as always. Customer service is always very fast and have always fixed whatever problem I am experiencing!

The team at connecten really is what puts them above the rest. Angel was awesome, they were able to get back to me immediately and help me with everything I needed. The service was always great as long as your are in reach of a cell tower. Love being able to switch carriers.

In less than 10 minutes while using the chat assistant. I connected with Angel. I shared that are connection was not working. Right away Angel to the action to check and reset and optimized our services connection. Just that quick we are back in action. Thank you so much!

ConnecTen is a great company for your mobile or stationary needs for WiFi. Their customer service is truly unheard of today. They were very quick to respond to emails and any problems and or questions. The Internet service is great! I used it in many places camping in areas Rv and never any kind of lag or problems. The router is a true beast that just sucks up internet to give it to me no matter where I am. The only thing I wish was different is that they had a pause mode (when I’m not using it). There is a 15$ charge every month when it is in “pause mode”. That is my only complaint I have. You have to pay for not using any service that I have seen but they are great at connecTen. If you are on the fence this is a great company and I don’t believe you will be unhappy that you signed up with them.

My experience dealing with Tyler and ConnecTen has been nothing short of excellent. All of my conversations with Tyler and the staff have been pleasant, informative and informative. I have NEVER experienced poor communication or service with ConnecTen. Thank you Tyler for being above reproach.
