We have been using our ConnecTen internet for about a year when we travel in our RV. Unfortunatly we do not get a good cell signal at our home. When on the road ConnecTen has worked flawlessly and when any issues do crop-up we get a live body to talk to and have always gotten resolution within 30 minutes or less. I highly recomend ConnecTen Internet.

I have talked to tyler personally as opposed to a ficticious person. He has been excellent and very helpful with any questions. I highly reccommend Connecten internet.

Using for the first time this weekend. Working great in an area with weak cell service. Streaming without any issues. I called support after hours when setting up. Solved my problem immediately, it was me! Working great.

Rochelle got right to fixing my issues as we spoke. Where I live in a camper causes constant droppage of speed so I need to regularly call in to have my system refreshed. I normally have speed returned within 5 min. but rarely it might take longer than that. Rochelle along with the other agents are a great help in keeping my internet speed running as fast as possible.

I suspend my account once in a while throughout the year when I'm not going to be using it and Connecten makes it so easy. Rochelle took care of reactivation in just a couple minutes.

We have been on a trip from Pennsylvania to Colorado, Nevada, Arizona, Missouri, and everywhere in between. I was not prepared for how slow our service was in many of our stops. I contacted Connecten and they were very quick to respond, but I had to call every time we moved. Not sure why the system doesn't automatically scan for good service. We were in Tombstone, AZ (touristy area) and couldn't get better than a 2 upload, even though i had 4 bars of service on my phone. It was suggested that i upgrade to the top plan, but that is quite a jump in price.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for recognizing our customer service team we truly appreciate it. We understand how frustrating inconsistent speeds can be, especially during a long trip across multiple states. RV and rural travel often involves areas where tower congestion or carrier coverage can vary significantly, which can impact speeds even when your phone signal looks strong. Our routers are designed to connect to the best available network, but in some regions, a manual refresh or carrier scan can still make a difference and our team is always happy to guide you through that. We're also working on an update that will make this process more automatic for travelers like you. We’d love to take a closer look at your connection history and help optimize your setup without immediately jumping to a higher plan. Please reach out again so we can review it together. Safe travels and thank you for choosing Connecten Internet!
