My wife and I have been traveling the west for a month or so, with frequent moves. Which means moving into and out of different carriers coverage. We have called support multiple times and have always gotten a great response and help! Both Rochelle and Angel have been wonderful to work with!

Connecten let me suspend service while we were home and not traveling in the motorhome.

Only 4 stars cause nothing is ever perfect. It works great this far. Only thing I don't get is why I had to pay a one time non refundable $199 fee for the product, and then if or when I stop using it I have to send it back and no refund or core charge given back to me. That's the only thing I don't like.

Great connectivity! Only challenge I have is with the router small antennas staying on.

These guys and gals offer great customer service. Because we use our service as mobile RVers we are frequently in places that require a change from one carrier to another. Connecten does this well. It’s not without human interaction so you are interacting with real people on the other end of a chat, email or call if preferred. Here’s my point… there attitudes are so good. Keep up the good work!!! Thank you!
