Excellent Communication in setting up my Extended Coverage for my 2014 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel.

My initial claim went fairly smooth. They had to obtain an override to approve my claim. The part had a recall associated with it, but the recall did Not include my vehicle year. I do question the need for an override in this situation, and will reach out to discuss with Concord. Once the override approval was obtained, I will say, Concord communicated directly and inter-acted directly with my Dealership. It was at that point, hands-off interaction from me. Concord delivered as promised. They paid the Dealership directly. I will Highly recommend Concord. They will deliver on what they promise. Just be sure you understand what they promise. If not for the override issue, they would get a 5 Star rating.

The rep I spoke with was extremely professional and courteous. He was knowledgeable and helpful. He didn't pressure me or use aggressive tactics. I enjoyed speaking with him.
