My first policy with Concord Auto Protect on my 2013 Subaru Forester was in March 2021. My one claim was handled with no problems. I had no hesitation in renewing my policy again. The representatives that I dealt with were very professional and not overbearing or pushy. The new policy gives me the peace of mind that I was looking for.

Great company with unbeatable prices! Signed up my 2019 BMW X3 for the Concord Premium coverage plan which is the top plan that they offer and only payed $2,100.00 for 5 years of coverage, and am looking forward to using the service when my car will need a repair.

Have not had to file a claim 3 years into our contract with Concord. We purchased because factory warranty expired on our 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan, 52,000 mi. A word of advice to anyone considering any warranty co. Make sure you are absolutely committed to maintaining your vehicle in accordance with manufacturers specs. and be sure to have receipts and explanation of work performed. If you live up to your obligations under the terms of your policy you will have a better chance of getting your claim paid. jmho

Very happy with the customer service at Concord. I called them about a claim and it was taken care of quickly within 24 hours of the first call. The repair was taken care of by the warranty plan and saved me a decent amount of money off that one repair. We got the Cadillac back and now the transmission is shifting as it should be without any more issues thankfully. Other than that not much else to mention, everything was super easy and stress free which is awesome.

I looked into multiple car warranty companies and Concord ended up being the best choice for me. I think the car warranty plan covers a lot of items on my car which helped me feel a lot better knowing i'm covered. The cost of the warranty in the long run will be worth it because on my last car the repairs became expensive quickly unfortunately. Another positive point about the interaction was the staff was kind about everything and made sure I understood everything about the plan. One more item I found that was great was that I can still use my local mechanic for my repair if any ever come up and still be covered by the warranty plan.

I have dealt with Concorde auto protect for a number of years. Once my heater core went out two days after the warranty expired, and they still agreed to pay for half the repair. I would recommend Concord Auto Protect to everyone I know that is looking for a reliable and fair car warranty company to use. I think they have a plan for anyones budget no matter what you're looking for. I know my budget for a plan was not very high and they still were able to offer me coverage for my car. Excited to see how the plan works out in the long run but I think it was the right purchase to make to have some sort of peace of mind from repairs.
