Although I’m happy I purchased the plan, I Felt very pressured by the sales associate to pay now. He kept coming back with a cheaper rate and I now wonder if I could have scored a better rate. It seemed pushy and desperate. Their plan seems solid, but they are not willing to help you find shops that take their plan in your area. I had to ask shops to call them and get approval.

The sales process and Jeff were great. I'll wait to see what happens if there is a claim made before giving it 5 stars

I recommend Concord Auto Protect. My radiator fan assembly failed busting the radiator and the repair was quick. My mechanic was impressed as well! Claim was paid fast on all parts covered. Michael has helped me with 2 claims now. Concord pays on coved parts under the policy. Concord pays fair prices to the repair shops. Excellent customer service!

My initial claim went fairly smooth. They had to obtain an override to approve my claim. The part had a recall associated with it, but the recall did Not include my vehicle year. I do question the need for an override in this situation, and will reach out to discuss with Concord. Once the override approval was obtained, I will say, Concord communicated directly and inter-acted directly with my Dealership. It was at that point, hands-off interaction from me. Concord delivered as promised. They paid the Dealership directly. I will Highly recommend Concord. They will deliver on what they promise. Just be sure you understand what they promise. If not for the override issue, they would get a 5 Star rating.
