Harry Collins was a great agent and representative for your company. He was patient, informative, articulate, helpful, and very professional. Gave no pressure and concentrated on answering my questions , offering options and suggestions. I bought your product, and I had been doing a lot of shopping before talking with Harry. Shopped a few companies before I decided but Gene at concord was patient and didn't put any pressure. I could have probably gotten cheaper but you can tell by the quality of the salesman that you get what you pay for so I'm happy I went with concord.

Had a few small claims with concord auto. Haven’t had any problems at all and my shop even complimented them to me and said they want to write a review as well. Thanks for all the help Frank.

They are very easy to work with and come to an agreement to what you need for your vehicles. The agent I worked with Jeff Brooks was very pleasant at all times and got me what I needed for my truck.

concord has 3 plans where other warranty co have too many and very confusing; concord has best prices and easy to work with.

Had been dealing with ralph for weeks while i tried to purchase a car. He stayed with me and kept checking on me throughout and never pressured me into anything. Ended up getting coverage for myself and my father and we were both beyond pleased with the deal and the process. Ralph is a quality guy and employee and i am happy i had the chance to do business with him. Havent used the warranty yet but based on who he is i trust that it will work well

great coverage and Pat took the time to explain the details

Gene was very patient and helpful.
