BTC mining has never been easier! In particular, Nicco was extremely responsive and well informed about my BTC miner that was about to go online.

Excellent customer support and overall experience. The whole team there including Nicco, David, Jesus are professional, courteous and detail oriented! Really appreciate the team over there!

I received a response almost immediately after submitting a support ticket, with a thorough overview of the status of my order. Big thanks to David M*****e who handled my request.

The compass team goes above and beyond to provide a great customer experience. They have tons of demand at the moment but they still manage to answer all questions in a timely fashion. When there are any unforeseen changes (they are just the middleman) they do a great job in communicating what's going on and make sure issues are resolved as quickly as possible. So far a great experience! thank you David and team

Nicco has been handling a lot of my request and he has been great, 5 stars. He is very responsive and solves my issues promptly. Overall no complaints and so far so good. Thanks Nicco.

It seems that in a lot of cases anymore, support is almost non existent. Not such the case with Compass and in particular David McGrane at Compass. I have inundated Mr. McGrane with questions regarding their offerings and he has been excellent at providing detailed helpful answers.

Thanks to Dylan Perry for getting my new miner up and running added to my new pool account in no time flat. Great service!

Nicholas helped me change a bunch of pool accounts and was very quick. Always appreciate the great service!
