Erik smith is a great help!

Nathan gets right on it and is to the point to answer any questions. Thanks again.

Great customer service and special thanks to Nathan, who helped me get up and running!! Cannot wait to see my account in action and already looking toward my second machine!!

Terrible service and response time. I have been waiting on an order that I placed over a year ago.... I keep getting emails about how they will compensate for time lost but its all BS. Just refund my money.

Very satisfied with the support team, Jesus and the lads are always very helpful and responsive. Thanks you!

Compass mining always comes through with responding about any issues I have. Not only is it done in a timely manner, it is also explained to the fullest extent, which I appreciate. Thank you Nathan W. for helping me out recently with my hashing concern!

Jesus saved my day After being tossed around by some reps on the deployment of a new miner, Jesus got on the case and didn't give up until it was hashing. He troubleshooted email challenges, got all the details needed and got the miner online. I appreciated how he cared about my issue and persisted through a resolution.

Working with Compass customer service over the last week has been exceptional. Eli has been a great help, as well as many of the other reps. Some of the best customer service I've had in any industry. I'm looking forward to partnering with Compass for the foreseeable future. Cheers.
