This is a wonderful product and something I’ve gifted since purchasing my own portrait. The quality of the canvas and art is beautiful, and the delivery is fast. If the likeness of your pet doesn’t quite work at first just keep trying as when you ding the right combination it’s magical.

Thank you so much, Jamie! We love hearing that you’ve gifted portraits to others after experiencing one for yourself. Your encouragement about finding that perfect combination is especially appreciated—it really can be magical when the likeness comes together. Thank you for sharing your experience and for spreading the word! ❤️

I ordered and gave a while before I looked. After not receiving anything I checked my account on their site and it said it shipped on 8/3/26. There was of course no tracking info. I emailed them through their support - no response. I have tried to call, -- no one answers. This is a scam and i imagine this positive reviews are paid. It is a shame as i had 8-10 more portraits i'd planned on doing for myself and a few for Christmas presents if the quality was good.
Response from Companion ArchiveAug 15, 2026
Thank you for sharing your concerns, Stacey. We completely understand how frustrating it is to see an order marked as shipped without any tracking updates, especially when you’ve been looking forward to receiving your portrait. We want to reassure you that we are absolutely not a scam, and we’re sorry that your experience so far has caused you to feel otherwise. We have been in communication with you directly, and our team has already escalated your order to investigate the shipping status. We’ve also sent you a new email with an update, and we’ll continue working with you until this is fully resolved. We truly appreciate your patience and the fact that you were considering creating a whole gallery wall with our portraits. We hope we can make this right and earn back your confidence. ❤️🐾

I sent a photo of my Haflinger mare and the picture I got back was perfect. It captured her looks and expression. She is 24 so not knowing how many more years I have with her this will be a treasured remembrance of her
