AI makes all cats look alike
Update i have been refunded so amending my rating My cat is a polydactyl with extra toes. This company uses AI to such an extent that many images of cats paws look alike and therefore my cats unique features weren't captured at all! I messaged straight away asking if this could be rectified but this was denied. I had hoped given the cost involved this could be done as I informed them within 24 hours. Very disappointing

My dogs portraits are beautiful, but..
My dogs portraits are beautiful. The corner of one of the frames does not meet well causing my eye to go to the frame and not the portrait. The hanging mechanism seems to not be centered causing me to frequently adjust the two pictures. Again my dogs portraits are beautiful

My portrait was not uniform
My portrait was not uniform. The head and face of my pet look like a regular photograph and the body looks like a painting. I sent an email to customer support on May 12, 2026 asking if this could be corrected. Today is June 9, 2026 and I have not received a response.

The portrait came very quick
The portrait came very quick, however it did not exactly match what was sent for review and the frame from the portrait was off but I don’t mind that.

Fun painting
We loved the “painting” however they assumed by the dogs face that he was a springer spaniel with a feathery tail…unfortunately this dog was acquired in another country where they cropped his tail. So maybe there should be a questionnaire for any unusual physical characteristics. Any chance you can redo without feathery tail ?

Hi Ellen! We’re so glad you enjoyed the painting! 🐾 Thank you for letting us know about your dog’s unique tail, we completely understand how important those little details are. Your suggestion about including a quick questionnaire for unusual physical traits is excellent 💯, and we’ll definitely use it to help make future portraits even more accurate.😊 We really appreciate your feedback and hope your portrait continues to bring you joy!

Great image - low resolution=false advertising
The image was fantastic, but they are not providing a high resolution file for download which is what they advertise. It's only 72dpi which is great for screens, but high resolution for print is 300dpi or higher. They did resolve my issue after some back and forth, but they are still only providing low resolution images for download, so be aware before you purchase the download.

Thank you for your feedback, Andrea. We appreciate you sharing your experience and are glad our team was able to work with you to resolve the issue. Your input helps us improve our product clarity.

It doesn't really look like my cat
It doesn't really look like my cat But it was cute It doesn't have her freckle or her pattern on her fur But I guess it is close enough Would have loved for it to be a little more like her would have bought a higher end version if it did
