I’m giving this a one star review because not only has my digital print been almost a week late but they are horrible at communicating. They take forever to respond and don’t give you a clear answer. I would advise you to not purchase anything from this company.

I should have known, but this is a scam. The dog in their image looked absolutely nothing like my dog, and I could see they were printing out the same dog in existing photos. Scam.

Do not recommend this company! Horrible customer service. No transparency in their dispute resolution processes. Violates many FTC regulations. Product is mass produced in third party printing facilities and are not in fact handcrafted by an artist which is deceptive.

Cannot recommend them at all.

I ordered and got a proof review within a few days. That was on the 10th of the month it’s now the 5th of the following month and no print. At first I reviewed their delivery time which they say can take up to 15 days. But the print was sitting at a shipping facility for 10 days. I knew something wasn’t right so I emailed them. No reply. A few days later I tried contacting them on Insta, no reply. A few later I tried contacting them on Facebook. Finally a reply saying that my item has shipped and gave me the same tracking number. Each of my messages said that it’s been sitting at a shipping facility. So I messaged again on all three places and asked for them to investigate because this was a gift that’s now way overdue or give me my money back. Meanwhile I emailed the shipping company where the tracking said it was. They replied within 3 hours saying they had not received the package, that the label was printed at the senders location but not received. So yet again with that rely I forwarded and asked vogue paw where my print was. They replied saying they refunded my money and that they did ship it but it must be lost. No offer to send another print. I did get the refund but extremely disappointed in their customer service.
