I would buy from this company again

Although I do not have the system installed , it arrived fast and secure. The transportation company was professional with their delivery . Had a small issue placing the order on line with pricing ( discount would not apply) , but next day called and they took care of it within 24 hours. Very happy with the company , just can not wait to get the Gree mini split installed !!

Great prices on A/C units and all A/C install parts. Called once with a question, they were very polite and helpful with a item that they did not carry but gave me a company name and phone number to get the part I needed. Great Company!

I ordered an 36,000 VTU AC unit via amazon. The unit dropped out of stock before being shipped to me. Comfortup was the amazon supplier. They contacted me directly, deleted the amazon order, sold me a better unit with the line set for the same price and the free shipping. Some where the middle the last mile shipping company misplaced a digit in my phone number to arrange deliver. Comfortup noticed the issue / that my unit had been sitting for a few days at the last mile shipper and they called me, then called the shipper and fixed the problem. I are pleased with my service!

I bought a 24,000 btu gree mini split from comfort up. Best price I can find. Super fast shipping. Easy to purchase easy communication. Had the system installed and works awesome. I recommend comfort up to anyone who wants great products with the best price anywhere.

Very happy with the unit and great customer service.

Absolutely one of the worst business experiences I have ever encountered. It makes you wonder how they have stayed in business with the poor customer service I have experienced. Ordered a 3 ton Mitsubishi Multi-Zone Mini-Split system on May 23rd and it shipped from ComfortUp's warehouse on May 25th. It was delivered to my High Desert business location on Friday, June 3rd. All seemly good so far. Took the skidded product to the job site for installation on June 9th only to find out that two SUZ-KA18NA, TN were shipped (outdoor air conditioning units) and not the two MFZ-KA18NA indoor Air Handlers that were ordered. ComfortUp was contacted that same day and supplied with emailed photos confirming the mistake. After numerous unanswered phone messages and unanswered emails, I find out that the hopefully correct Air Handlers were shipped from ComfortUp on June 22nd to arrive at my business location next week on June 29th, three weeks after the mistake was communicated to ComfortUp. My customer is so angry, upset and doesn't want to have anything to do my me, as my installation now will occur a month after it was to be completed.
