Excellent experience. I ordered a mini split system via phone and a gentleman named Al was very knowledgable and helpful on several occasions. I ended up ordering an extra part for my mini split, that the hvac guys decided was not needed for the unit and the return for that part was also very smooth. Will revisit for any future hvac needs. I would just remind those that are having items shipped that items comes via freight shipping, which some people might not be familiar with. I would recommend watching the frieght video on comfort up's facebook page.

I got a good price, and quick shipping. The unit is not installed yet, but i don't expect any problems. I did my research and The Gree line seems to be a very good unit. My only complaint is that the seller appears to be holding back the newer units that are wifi capable only to those who ask. I had to order the older model and request that they send the newer one. My receipt shows the older model was purchased. What happens if I need warranty work? I understand the need to rotate inventory, but you need to be able to order the correct part number.
