Best online service I have ever used
I ordered an air only unit for Mitsubishi. Sent to state of Michigan. Ordered was placed from my Arizona residence. I got a call asking did I really want only air not heat also. How great customer service is that. They wanted to make sure what I ordered is what I needed. Love ya

Shipping Delay Concerns- Handled very well by customer service
Price and website were good, I had a small delay with shipping, but Comfortup customer service rectified the situation as soon as they were made aware if it.

Positive and professional experience
We had a great experience with ComfortUp. We initially ordered a mini split air conditioner after doing a great deal of comparison shopping. We were so thrilled with the customer service that when we decided to get another unit, we ordered from them again. It is rare these days to be able to speak to a real person who is friendly and knowledgable, but you can call Comfortup and talk to someone and expect to be treated very well. The shipping process was fast and efficient. We have since ordered some related supplies from them and we will continue to purchase from them as needed. This is a great company with great customer service.

Great experience
Great experience. I ordered my Mini Split from another company and the experience was horrible - they could find out when inventory was going to be in stock and I was left waiting. I cancelled part of my order and COMFORTUP matched the price on the items and got them to me very quickly. THANK YOU for making this so easy for me. I will go to COMFORTUP first next time.
