Excellent sales information Unit works great! Quick delivery. Hoses could be shorter where it would look nicer when it is hooked up. Cools awesomely.

Great customer service! Had a unit delivered that was damaged. Had it taken care of and Comfort UP sent me a new one with 2 day air! Rep name was Carey Dunn. She went above and beyond to keep my job on timeline.

I was very happy with my order I was confused as what to buy but they helped me get exactly what I wanted. The order came right away with no missing parts or items. I will need more for the unit I purchased and when I am ready I will defiantly buy them from here.

The drain lines are a major problem. I am sure this is not the first time you have heard this. The flimsy plastic lines you supply with the unit are not stiff enough to stay open so the water drains to the outside. When you have a drain problem it is a major deal to try and fix.
