Just ordered this XL Twin bed foundation for my son. The product including wood quality and finish were were excellent. It's clearly well made, hardware for drawers and cabinet is really good too. Also, my experience with the customer service/notifications and shipping preferences were great. I needed to get this up several flights of stairs so I ordered it unassembled, but in hindsight I shouldn't have. The instructions provided were not well done, there were several key pieces along the way that were not clearly shown which orientation they should go and could go either way--which turned out to be wrong and had to go back and re-assemble it. This happened multiple times as there are not words only pictures in the instructions and parts are not clearly labeled which orientation they should go (some are obvious, but some not--and not clearly shown in the picture instructions). Instructions and/or labels on certain parts should be improved. Also the screws were not high quality and very easily stripped.

A timely arrival. Excellently packaged, the Tatami Mat is lovely. Very high-quality and looks great on our hardwood floor. We ordered the three panel mat which we can also use as a screen.

i ordered my futon 2 weeks ago and still do not have it and customer support has been terrible.

The topper works as described and it makes the bed so soft and comfy. It's like sleeping on a cloud.

We had to wait several months before the bed we ordered was back in stock, but it was well worth the wait. Sturdy, well made and comfortable. We are very happy!

I appreciate the phone call on my order. I actually have not gotten my futon out to use it yet, but I will let you know if I have any concerns. I don’t like that it’s wrapped in plastic Thank you

The customer service for this place is phenomenal. Not only do they have humans who review your order and follow up, but their chat bot actually works. I wanted to place an order but didn't want it to be delivered to my house until after a specific date. I hadn't even placed the order but decided to see if the chat bot could help me figure out how long it might take to get my order so I would know when to purchase. The chat bot gave me some decent info, but I still wasn't entirely sure what to do. I asked the chat bot to have someone follow up with me and guess what?? Someone actually did. Bay. Bay followed up. He emailed me and instead of asking me ten questions I had already answered for the chat bot, he knew who I was, what I wanted to order, what my issue was, and had a solution. He's a gem! BUT - that's not all. After I placed the order, I got another call - from KELVIN. Kelvin called because the mattress I bought for the frame was a newer product, and they had been getting feedback from customers that the mattress needed to be a certain thickness to work well with the frame. I had bought a mattress that was going to be too thick to actually fold properly with the frame. So Kelvin gave me all the information and options - I ended up going with the other mattress, which was less expensive. He told me I would get refunded, and I did. The money was back on my card in two days. I love that I found a place I could collaborate with to efficiently get to the solution I needed. I love that there are businesses with real humans and real customer service that cares. Everything costs a fortune, the world is angry all the time. All I wanted was to buy a chair. And it was the best buying experience I'll have this year.
