Item received does not match description of item online.
The item you receive might not match the description of the item you purchased. I bought their Natural Coconut Mattress Foundation listed on their website as being made from a 4" coconut coir. I received a foundation made of layers of coir pads--it isn't a 4" coir pad, it's 4" of coir pad layers; these are two very different things as the coir layers can bunch in the middle. Their website says nothing about the mattress being made of layers of coconut coir padding. After a week the comfort pure customer service has done nothing but say "sorry your expectations weren't met". So if your expectations are to receive an item that costs $1,300 to match its description on the company website, comfort pure is not for you.

We’re sorry the foundation wasn’t what you had in mind. The listing describes a 4" coconut coir core, which is what this foundation has, though it didn’t specify how the core is constructed. We’ve since updated the description to make that clear. Our team is continuing to work with you on your open request.
