Comfort PureReviews of comfortpure.com

Beautiful bed frame with storage delivered already assembled ready to go! Delivery team was so kind and helpful maneuvering the boxes inside.

excellent service. as promised. fast and communicative and friendly. thank you.

Bed is top notch quality! The wood is beautiful. Bed is solid construction. Drawers work well. Delivery took longer than expected but it was worth the wait!

I ordered the 1.5” myTopper Wool Topper and it is a heavenly top layer for my custom build. The thickness is just enough to add a luxuriously plush hotel feel with cool, crisp, and smooth percale cover. In combination with my BedJet, this topper cools and warms in perfect harmony without night sweats. Will be buying for my guest beds and RV! Quick delivery as well.

Great mattress, ordered for the second time. Phone call before delivery is a nice personal touch.

As expected excellent ev Experience and great product

The bed frame and tatami mats are both excellent; I really like them. The sales and installation services were very professional, and communication was great.

My overall experience with Comfort Pure has been fantastic. I was initially a bit unsure about which product to choose, so I called their customer service team directly. They were great listeners, answered my questions patiently, and helped me feel confident in my order. My tatami mat and shibukuton mattress arrived in the mail a couple of weeks later, and the quality is exceptional—I genuinely don't have any complaints. Between the great product and the helpful customer service, it's a company I actually trust, which is saying something these days. Highly recommended!
