Service and delivery exceptional Issue I have are the drawers in the chest. How to install not clear drawer very heavy in the bed. Tha chest has a drawer that appears not to work properly. The closer appears to be installed incorrectly , it wobbles on the right side and does n ot close properly. I have to lift the drawer on the left so it is flush like the other drawers.

Absolutely love our wool mattress! Delivery went smoothly, only confusing part was the date of delivery seemed to have gotten a little mixed up over the phone with the company used to deliver and had no written communication regarding delivery since everything is done over a phone call(now I know an email isn’t sent as I had assumed regarding shipping with estimated shipping time so need to write down). But everything made it and was well packaged! We really like that it’s actually truly all natural materials unlike other popular companies we had tried and later found was filled polyester, so we were sure excited to find this mattress is as advertised! While also being affordable.

I was a bit nervous about ordering from Comfort Pure, given the mixed reviews, especially the ones about receiving damaged products or what a hassle it was to try and return something given the expensive return and restocking fees. But I took a chance, and honestly, I'm glad I did. Perhaps I was one of the lucky ones, but my experience was 9/10 great. After placing my order, someone from the company called and went over my order with me to make sure everything was correct. Soon afterwards, I got a link with a tracking number that detailed exactly where my package was, every step of the way, along with an estimated delivery date. The item was delivered on the day it was supposed to, without any issue. The only reason why I docked one star was that the packaging could have been better. My queen sized 6" futon was double wrapped in plastic and that's it. I was expecting it to come in a cardboard box, similar to those "mattress-in-a-box" deliveries. While it was delivered to my apartment door, it was just this massive thing on my doorstep, blocking my neighbor's door across the hall as well. But I did also order a wooden tri-fold futon frame that did indeed come in a cardboard box and was packaged in such a way that there was no damage to the wood at all. However, it was not wrapped in any kind of waterproof plastic inside the box. I had previously read that a past customer received their wooden frame with water damage, but fortunately it was not raining where I was. The actual product is great. The futon is incredibly comfortable and I couldn't be happier with it. It also has a slight cedar scent to it, which I really don't mind at all. The wooden tri-fold frame was a bit tricky to build and set up. I had to do it twice. The trick is not to completely screw in the screws as you're putting together the slats because there will come a point where it appears the pre-drilled holes do not align with where they need to go. Some of them even seemed to be 1-2 inches off. I thought I was doomed. However, I disassembled it and restarted from square one, this time, carefully lining up the holes and then only lightly screwing in the screws 1/4 of the way in. Incredibly, it made the wood more pliable to where when I got to the later slats that previously did not line up, I could physically bring them closer and line them up correctly. Once they were all 1/4 screwed in, I then fully screwed them all in. The wood feels sturdy and well-made, not flimsy. However, some of the edges are unfinished so be careful not to get splinters. The transition mechanism from bed to futon is also smooth and easy, although I would recommend always having two people do it together as it could prove tricky to attempt it alone. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and would purchase from them again. It's only been four days since I've been sleeping on my new futon and tri-fold frame, but I am happy with it so far. Time will tell how they hold up over time, but for the time being, satisfied.

We like the futon. The price is cheaper than all the nontoxic options available. Delivery took awhile though about three weeks and setup was not that easy though we eventually figured it out.

Super great communication on shipping and such. My only complaint if there seems to be a kink in the mattress. Other than that, the futon is very nice to lay on and easy to roll up!

We ordered first week of May, but wasn't availble for delivery until july. Shipment came in 4 boxes Twin XL. Two them were 118lbs each. Assembly was a hassle. Tools listed were a phillips, mallet, a T20 bit and a wrench. Actual tools were #2 phillips, #3 phillips, mallet, razor knife and cordless drill driver even though instructions indicated not to use. Drawers back board has two holes. Make sure they face out. Not shown in instructions. Drawer hardware mounts to tiny holes on partion boards. Make sure they face drawer openings. Instructions do show them. but make no special mention. Screws are odd and strip easily. If you use drill driver set torque on low and use manual drivrr to finish. #3 is for lock inserts. #2 will strip them. Razor knife need to clean router grooves of glue and flashing. Also had to open up router groive on one drawer panel, as it wasn't wide enough for bottom board. Finish is nice and fairly well crafted. Needs better instructions. screws and attention to detail.

Couldn't ask for better quality and comfort. 5 star. Shipping took a very long time sonone star removed for experience.

Just ordered this XL Twin bed foundation for my son. The product including wood quality and finish were were excellent. It's clearly well made, hardware for drawers and cabinet is really good too. Also, my experience with the customer service/notifications and shipping preferences were great. I needed to get this up several flights of stairs so I ordered it unassembled, but in hindsight I shouldn't have. The instructions provided were not well done, there were several key pieces along the way that were not clearly shown which orientation they should go and could go either way--which turned out to be wrong and had to go back and re-assemble it. This happened multiple times as there are not words only pictures in the instructions and parts are not clearly labeled which orientation they should go (some are obvious, but some not--and not clearly shown in the picture instructions). Instructions and/or labels on certain parts should be improved. Also the screws were not high quality and very easily stripped.
