Comfort PureReviews of comfortpure.com

Comfort Pure called me after placing my order. They double checked my order and my address and it was properly and safely delivered. It is our favorite place to nap. And I picked this company for their natural fibers/materials. Thank you!

Was supposed to be shipped nearly fully assembled but was not . Was wrapped in so much plastic and cardboard it took hours alone to unwrap. Lovely perfect bed once we assembled it . Took about 6-8;hours to assemble! The assembly instructions could use a lot more details.

I recently purchased an overlay for my recliner chair from this company, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. While the representative, Alex, I worked with seemed pleasant at first, everything changed when I decided to return the product. The return process was an absolute nightmare. My emails went unanswered for weeks, and when I did get a response, it was full of excuses and delays. It took multiple follow-ups and several months to get acknowledgment of my refund request. After finally agreeing to process the refund, Alex dragged out the process even further, leaving me waiting for over several more weeks and requiring additional emails just to see any progress. In the end, I only received my refund after issuing a firm ultimatum. Alex still charged me a 15% fee for returning the product. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from this company if you value any sort of reliable after-sales support.

I ordered the extra firm mattress expecting a cotton and wool product, as described. However, it turned out to be 95% cotton and only 5% wool — something that wasn’t made clear during the purchasing process and would have definitely impacted my decision. The construction also feels subpar. The mattress is stitched together with plastic string, which was surprising and disappointing — if I wanted to sleep on plastic, I would have chosen a different product. To make matters worse, some of the knots are already coming undone, raising serious concerns about durability and overall quality. I’ve contacted customer service to request a return and am currently waiting for a response.

Quality material, superb customer service, and fast shipping time!

Clear communication at first. Efficient shipping and love the mattress! However, we were not informed that we would be getting a “floor model” which we discovered upon arrival. Could have been more transparent about that

Shikibuton mattress was as advertised. Feels very comfortable to my needs, and I sleep much better. Firm, but soft at the same time. Affordable with natural materials. Only downside for the 1 star off is, because I can't return it, if the mattress did not fit my needs if used and unpacked.

Wonderful dresser for the price. The company was quick to ship and the item was very well protected in the package. The only thing was the directions said it would take 30 minutes to put together. My husband is very capable, has all the correct tools and it took him closer to 2 hours.
