My first shipment of supplies was a total mess they looked like each item was thrown around a wearhouse also someone put a type of ostomy bags that I never asked for or use. The boxes had water damage. When I opened the box the items looked like they were thrown in no organization. I called and was able to ship it back and get a new order when I got the next one it was better but still wasn't the same as the first one I needed everything that was in the first box but the ostomy bags I didn't order when I got the next box I got most of what was on first order but they put so many items of one thing that cut out something else I truly needed had to call and get what I needed bit I had to send back a few items to get the other items I needed. This company has truly been nothing but a huge headache I am really thinking that I will not use this company for future ostomy supplies. I am sure that the company does not care about this one review every time I have called I just get attitude and I give antidote back because this is something I shouldn't be dealing with. Wonder what would happen if someone from corporate found out about this I also have photos of this shipment if someone would like to see..

A woman from Comfort Medical had called me over a year ago asking if I needed any supplies. I told her I use a different company and she said that Comfort had become a part of that Company. I did place an order with them. I later called my usual supplier and the subject came up of another supplier claiming to be sending out supplies on their behalf. I have been on the alert and never contacted Comfort Medical since then. I've never forgotten this incident, I was shocked when I received a bill from them today in the mail. Upon inspection the bill is for 2 separate charges, one from almost 1 year ago, the other for 1 1/2 years ago. I'm a C-4 quad, this will not be easy for me to 1st, know if I ever did order and receive the order and 2nd, find out if I ever paid for these orders. 1 and 1 1/2 years later, SNAP!
