Used comfort medical for a few months for supplies and service was ok. (liberator medical is much better) These people dont understand all the supplies when you order and would send out the wrong products. Have not used them in a few months and I am still getting bills in the mail even though I have paid them in full. Called to resolve this and the woman who answered was really rude. Will not use this company again.

Comfort Medical informed me about available alternatives. They sent the chosen items expeditiously and they arrived on time. A Comfort Medical representative followed up to ensure customer satisfaction, and in detail answered my questions regarding the use and effectiveness of the merchandise. I felt very comfortable interacting with the professional representative, and will continue to remain their customer.

John at Comfort Medical went above and beyond to get me my supplies. I was down to one pouch but John told me he would help me and he did. I consider him the best employee you have. He is a truly caring and honest man. I cannot thank your company enough for having an employee like him!! Bless you

Excellent people to work with

I have been with another company since my surgery in 2017. I was having problems and was directed to Comfort medical by Hollister along with a few other companies. Since the moment I spoke to Comfort Medical, I have been helped with kindness and understanding. They got me samples to help me until my supplies arrived from my former company. I have been contacted to remind me my order needed to be placed, which I’m bad at remembering. I got an email telling me my order shipped and 2 days later, it arrived. Comfort Medical is the best company I have had the pleasure of dealing with since my surgery. I just wish I had contacted them sooner.

Everything was great ,but the salesperson said she would include different size condom catheters for testing. She did not.
