I'm VERY disappointed all around with your service and plan on changing my provider. After receiving my samples I spoke with someone at your company and confirmed the type of catheter and style, I was sent something completely different. MY next order was fine, but did not receive my next order. Having to receive a phone call before every ship is ridiculous and the person I spoke with today was very rude.
