Biggest problem is putting the rubber thing on my penis....does anyone nave a suggestion on how to get it done?

It took 11 days to receive our ostomy supplies after being discharged from the hospital. We started working on getting them 2 days before we were discharged. This is unforgivable. My husband has burns on his skin from leaking from his ileostomy. No one seemed to be concerned that my husband needed the pouches to collect his feces. Not only did he have to go through a horrible medical event, he also had to fight with insurance...Cigna/Care Centrix, to get any of his supplies, much less all the other issues related to his recent medical condition. Unforgivable!!!

Comfort medical was excellent in providing what I would need. They also made the process very personal in a way that impressed me. Directions, suggestions and explanations put me at ease. Use of materials has gone well. Thank you! Joe
