The shipment was suppose to come with a gel for the catheters, but it did not.

I enjoyed talking with the agents and felt they were very knowable but I haven't received my order as yet Phil My first order was lost for some reason but the company acted swiftly to get me my order. I have it now and it was I ordered exactly and very high quality. I have loved the coloplast products. Much more comfortable than others out there.
