I had a lot of trouble getting our order filled. First I was told the order was confirmed and then I didn't hear anything and then when I called I was told that there was a problem because there was home health care. I said no and gave them the name of the health care agency from the past. I didn't hear anything and when I called back I was told that the agency confirmed he was discharged. Then I didn't hear again for days so I called again and was told there has to be discharge papers from the agency and they sent them. After another few days I had no word and called and was told the agency has to send something not comfort medical. I contacted the agency and tried to get a 3 way call set up. that didn't work so I left messages. After a few days I called everyone again and the agency finally sent in the discharge paper. I was told the order would then go through. A few days later I got a notice that there would be a delay and then another few days later I called again and was told there was a power outage in the factory. the next time I called I was told they were out of stock. Finally someone ordered them from Ohio and they would be shipped. We got them several days later. this was all very stressful and I am thankful we didn't run out of catheters with 4 left when the shipment finally came.

ran out of supplies due to the office people then was told there was nothing they could do about it when i had placed my order with a week before i would of ran out. i will be switching companies i called another company and they overnight me what i needed.

The time it took to get the doctor's signature and to have my shipment shipped was too long. The product I had was too thick and it was hurting me and I waited from October 12 th to the first week of December. As soon as your shipment arrived I started to use it two times a day(14). I was only able to use the coloplast 16 once a day at night.
