Great Service

Great customer service.

We had a great experience, for some reason we were still listed as being on home health even though we were only on it three weeks and had not been on it for several months. But the staff helped us get with the home health agency to get the needed paperwork to straighten it out so we could get our order in and make sure it would be covered by insurance.

Everything arrived on time without any errors (unlike my previous company). Keep up the good work.

The lady and myself talked about me using a different flange than the one I am using (16923). When my order arrived it had the same flange I currently use. She said they had one that was not recessed as much and would send them instead. Communication error I guess. Thanks Joseph L Lancaster

After notifying me that The catheters I was using were unavailable , they sent me a different kind. The ones I received were 9 1/2 " long from tip to tip and the ones I had been using were 6" long tip to tip. I have only been self catheterizing since 11/21/2020 and the first week was trial and error , so although I was doing much better, the extra long catheters they sent me were impossible for me to use. I was really struggling. so I called Customer service and they were so very helpful and quick to say not to worry . I was instructed to return the ones I had not used and they would send me different ones. not knowing for sure which ones would measure 6" since the FR10's should all be "6" different manufacturers apparently measure at different points. The representative suggested she send me some of different manufacturers for me to try so I could see which ones worked best for me and let them know before my next shipment on 12/17/20 the ones I liked the best and they would send those to me . I could not have asked for a better outcome or better customer service. Thank you so much for making what I thought was a bad situation have such a good outcome and pleasant experience. You really know how to take customer service to the highest level.

Made it very easy to reorder. just a few choices and its done.
