My order is never right and I have to double my order because I can’t get two different types of catheters

Awful customer service will not use these people again, they will hang up on your dr office and will not return phone calls. They are a huge waste of time. I will never recommend this company to any one

I have been using Comfort Medical catheters for over five years and have found quality of product and ease of use to be very consistent.

Everything works quite well with alerts and ordering each month. The last order, however, was a couple days later than usual, making me a bit nervous. Luckily the shipment arrived on the very day I needed it. Just a bit too close for comfort.

Just what I wanted.,and fast delivery.

Comfort Medical has been great for me. Even with the pandemic I have called and received a special order in less than a week. The agents I have spoken with have always been very knowledgeable.
